Transition Development, Workforce Development, & Professional Development

The passion & story behind the birth of Invincible

While being a former student-athlete at Jacksonville University, there was a culture & mentality that anything was possible. Food was at an abundance. Popularity was easily obtained. Not to mention, being in the best shape of my life. Honestly, I felt INVINCIBLE. There wasn't enough concerted and relevant information that specifically dealt with just how important it was to mentally prepare for the transition that I was getting ready to embark on.

After a successful 12 years within the industry of Talent Acquisition, a fire has built up within me, ready to tend to those that were in my same position while in college. Fortunately, I’ve found a career in something that I'm proficient in, but it took much longer than it had to. It went through too many unnecessary rough patches. The point: I don't want these great minds to have to go through the same situation that I did, especially if they don't have to.

Invincible is here to take on the responsibility of being informative & motivational to students in all walks of life & on a level that is realistic and approachable. This will be done through Transitional Development & Professional/Workforce Development. My passion for the lives that these individuals take on daily, as well as my extensive background in Staffing/Talent Acquisition, has driven me to create this program, & my ultimate dream is to raise this initiative to new heights and new levels that will bring us all one step closer to ensuring success of our students.
